Dear Shaheen Users,
We would like to inform you of the upcoming planned maintenance session for Shaheen, which is scheduled to begin at 08:00 on Sunday, August 3, and is expected to conclude by the end of Monday, August 4.
This maintenance is necessary to support ongoing system improvements and infrastructure updates. During this outage, we are planing a complete system upgrade including new programming environment, firmware and management subsystem updates. This upgrade is a part of Shaheen project plan.
Please ensure you save your work and plan your jobs accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance window.
